INSTRUCTIONS

For now, use Order Form
1. Email the following information to: info@EthnicLink.net 0r snail mail it to us here.
2. IF YOU SEE ONE YOU'D LIKE TO HAVE US CREATE A SIMILAR ONE OF: Send us the product NAME and CATALOG NO. if there is one you are interested in already. If so, also tell us of any changes you would like to see, and colors you would like for us to use.
3. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE US CREATE A UNIQUE FIGURINE FOR YOU, please describe, as clearly as you can, exactly what you would like and which colors you would like...or whether you would like for me to choose the colors to use.

4. PROCESS:
+ We will get back to you to CLARIFY ANY QUESTIONS that we may have in terms of the specifics of what you are requesting. Currently we are only able to provide you with custom made figurines, but in 2005 we hope to also be able to create for you specific blank note cards, post cards, prints, calendars, etc.
+ We will confirm with you your name and contact info.
+ We will confirm with you the PRICE the item will be.
+ We will negotiate a DEADLINE with you for when you require the figurine/product, if the initial date you give us is not suitable for us.
+ We will discuss with you the eventual PICK-UP of the item with you.
+ LOCAL ORDERS: Payment for small local orders payable upon PICK-UP. Payment for larger local orders payable at time of order, or half at the time of the order and the balance upon pick-up.
ONLINE ORDERS FROM OUT OF TOWN/OUT OF COUNTRY: Payment for online orders payable BEFORE order is shipped to you (actual figurines will not be shipped - only products shipped will be note cards, prints, post cards, calendars, note pads and stationary. )
+ We will discuss your planned METHOD OF PAYMENT.
At this point, we require a Canadian Money Order or a certified cheque. Or, if you're local, we also receive cash in Canadian dollars. A receipt will be issued to you.
+ We will make the figurine/product and SEND YOU AN EMAIL SAMPLE (attached file of jpg) of the item in question before you decide whether you want to buy it. (We will retain the copyrights to all items and products made.)
+ We will email or call you when the item in question is ready, so that you can come and pick it up (figurines).. Payment is payable at time of order. Mail orders of note cards, prints and postcards available. Shipping & handling charges will be included.
